Pet Parade Carry Kit Review

My four year old has started asking for her own puppy recently and although we have lots of dogs in the family that we regularly see, one of our own just isn't practical at the moment, so I was pleased to be sent the Pet Parade Carry Kit set for Elizabeth to review.

Although sightly upset that it wasn't the real thing Elizabeth was rather excited to open the packaging and get playing! The bright pink and turquoise colours really caught her attention and she loved all the illustrations on the box.

The Pet Parade Carry Kit comes with an exclusive Westie puppy, a cute carry case and accessories including a bone, brush, bowl and magnetic lead. There are also two pink bone stickers to stick on the case and the puppy;s collar.

The Westie fits perfectly inside the carry case and it's the ideal size for little hands to play with, encouraging imaginative play and nurturing.

Elizabeth loved the Westie and called him 'Mickey' after her Gran's dog of the same breed.

The puppy is fully articulated and there is a joystick style button on his back that allowed Elizabeth to move his head, tail and eyes. She loved to walk him along using the turquoise plastic lead.

We took this set away with us and it as an ideal toy for travelling as it fitted easily in the pocket of Elizabeth's bag and entertained her for hours at a time.

There are nine different puppies to collect, six sold individually and three more sold exclusively with the playsets. Each puppy fits into the carry case and all the accessories are interchangeable so children can enjoy building up a collection.

The puppies retail at £9.99 and the carry kit has an RRP of £14.99. This is a really sweet set that would make an ideal gift for pet loving children aged three and above.

I was sent this set to review, images and opinions are my own. Post contains affiliate link.
